They made this so incredibly easy. Even though I booked everything through my insurance company, they treated me like a loyal customer. When I showed up on Monday morning, they were inundated with folks whose insurance made appointments for them first thing that morning. They still got to me extremely quickly and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. When I went to pick it up, they walked me through their workmanship in detail and answered my questions. Finally, they handled the return of my rental so I didn't have to coordinate additional transportation!

I absolutely love you guys. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’m the one with the Cadillac CT5. My name is Joy. I adore you. You guys are wonderful. You take your time and I love that most of the time anyway! I love the fact that you detail my car, you vacuum it you make it look really nice for me so it looks brand new again and I can guarantee you. I will not be going anywhere else for any of my repairs. The Classic Collision Team was nothing short of awesome. They had great communication, and the quality of the repair is stellar. The complimentary detailed of my whole vehicle was a really nice touch after waiting to be reunited for 2 weeks.
