Unfortunately, my experience with this repair process became very frustrating. In the beginning, everything felt professional and reassuring, but once the work actually started, the communication, follow-through, and overall experience declined significantly. I frequently felt left in the dark regarding delays, decisions, and updates, and I often had to reach out myself for information instead of receiving proactive communication. One of my biggest frustrations involved the wheel/rim situation. It was presented to me as though I would be receiving a proper replacement/refurbished rim, but the final result was not clearly communicated and still left me dealing with balancing concerns and uncertainty about what was actually done. Even after picking the vehicle up Tuesday, I called Friday regarding the ongoing concerns and still did not receive a follow-up call yesterday about the insurance/rim update as discussed. I also noticed a new scratch on the hood after the repair. I am not pursuing it because I understand my hood was not in perfect condition to begin with, and I’m not trying to “get something” out of this situation. However, it is still frustrating to receive a vehicle back with additional issues or concerns when it was supposed to come back in better condition. Overall, I left disappointed with the communication, consistency, and quality of the experience. I genuinely hoped this would become a shop I could trust and return to, but based on this experience, I would not bring my vehicle back again.
