Did not replace windshield. I had made the request as an additional service, as the car was going to be there. Breanna Rojas assured me that she would add it to "the notes". I was not touched. Now I have to have the windshield replaced at a different business.

Was disappointed I was not advised that a loaner would not be provided when my application was made in March, for June drop off, until just before my drop off. I an guessing this was due to you knowing I would have switched centers. Josh elped to push my repair through due to the additional expense of a rental, which I appreciated. Repair was done well.
