I was informed right away that there would be an extensive wait to examining and fixing my vehicle. Once the examination was complete, I was notified about the extent of the repairs and how long it would take. I received regular calls to update me on the progress.

Great service. We came to CC through our insurance company as a part of a hail damaged claim. They were great throughout the process - including working directly with the insurance company on an additional amount from the claim. After the repair, I discovered an issue with my interior lights and CC came to my house to pick up the car, drove it back to the repair shop, fixed the electrical issue and delivered the car back to my house. Couldn’t recommend the overall service and communication more highly. A great group of people to work with.
