My truck was repaired, but there were several things I wasn't happy about with suburban auto body. There was a paint chip that was missing from when my antenna fell off. Nothing was done to prevent that from rusting out. No adhesive to cover it or anything. Also the person that did my quote was rude to me. I didn't have comprehensive insurance and he made reference to me "not having money for ..." a handful of times. I did not appreciate comments like that. I didn't once say that I was looking for cheap work or a discount. I paid in full just like every other customer. I made the decision to not have comprehensive insurance and that has been a good financial decision for me based on my driving history. Also, when I asked for more information on line items in my quote, I was quickly blown off. My largest line item was a sublet "roof panel w/ sunroof" and I wanted more information on that as I was not having that replaced and didn't understand why my work was being sublet.

Please refer to my previous response. I will say, when I talked with the mechanic or people at the front desk, they were very kind. It was only the person that was quoting my work that was rude to me.
