I took my Tacoma because the rear bumper was impacted by a car which didn't stop. I took pictures. the left side of the bumper was separated by approximately 2.5 inches, and the right side was compressed to 0.75 of an inch. I took it to the shop hoping the shop would replace the rear bumper and insure that the left and right sides of the bumper would be equal. When I went to pick my vehicle from the shop I looked at the pictures which I had previously taken. to my surprise, the shop only replaced the rubber cover of the bumper, but the gaps caused by the accident were still the same. They didn't repair the damage. the left side of the bumper was still 2.5" and the right was .75". I asked the shop why they didn't repair it. Their answer was "we use used parts. If we try to even both sides, the bumper wont look right". I said "I don't care, fix it please". Based on what I saw, they didnt replace anything. The only thing they did was apply paint as needed and put in a new rubber cover. Don't take your vehicle to this shop. They are not honest.
