John & Julie were exceptionally knowledgeable, respectful, & accommodating from the moment I walked through the door. They made sure I was taken care of from my insurance, to rental vehicle, and ofcourse my vehicle. Even when there were delays in the timeline John kept me updated and Julie was always willing to answer the phone and get any answers I needed. While I’m not planning to bring my vehicle back anytime soon I am happy to know there is somewhere to rely on when I need them most in a collision.
