A passenger door replacement and rocker panel replacement took 5 months to get repaired. CC also damaged the driver's side bed panel and sunroof, both of which had to be replaced. Communication was terrible.

I waited 38 days for my car to be ready for pickup and my rental coverage was only 30 days, I felt no sense of urgency. Left a voicemail and received a don’t call us we will call you email.

Waited over 5 weeks for completion of the repair. I was driving through the mountains on highway five and when I went to move my visor over to the driver side window, the visor came loose from the ceiling of my car and dangled out in front of me so I was unable to see almost causing an accident. Long wait unsafe faulty repair.

would not recommend or go here again, had my truck parked in the back for over a month after getting a tire and rim put on it. they had my truck for 4 months kept promising due date and it kept getting pushed back and when I did receive it back the bumper was cricked, the steering wheel was off set, and the alignment was off and it needed a new tire. This place it a total joke
