The deadline to fix my car was not met! I understand that issues may arise, but a 30-day timeline needed to be met. The 17-day delay resulted in me paying over $500 for the rental car. Through conversation, I was informed that Classic Collision would help cover some of the rental car expenses. However, the three owners unanimously voted not to assist me. The owner's decision not to help cover some of the rental costs was not only disheartening but also unreasonable. Furthermore, an issue I explicitly stated when I dropped off the vehicle for repairs was that the back windows would get stuck when I attempted to roll them up or down. I also asked if they had resolved that matter when I picked up the vehicle. That issue was not fixed. I am now anxious as to how that issue will be rectified, and frustrated that it was not fixed. I am dissatisfied with the "service" provided. I have conveyed my frustrations to my insurance company and advised them not to continue business with said company.
