Alexander is a STAR! He was quite helpful in coordinating my repair, and his original estimate was spot on. Even though my insurance company attempted to lower the repair cost, refused to pay for the entire job, and threatened to needlessly total my vehicle, Alexander helped me to navigate through the challenges, and I received a fully restored and insurable vehicle in the end.
