Working with Johnathan was a pleasure. We did run into a situation where the quoted price didn’t match the final cost, but he really went to bat for me when there was pushback from management. He made sure the price I paid reflected the original quote, which I greatly appreciated. I’ve used this shop five times over the years, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to come back. Even though the project took longer than initially anticipated, Johnathan communicated clearly throughout the process. Because the outcome felt fair and handled with integrity, I’ll absolutely continue bringing my vehicles here. I’ll be asking for him specifically next time if I’m not already assigned to him. I enjoyed working with Jonathan. The project went longer than anticipated and over budget, but Johnathan made it right with management, and it all worked out. If I hadn’t been working with him, and the management had insisted on charging me more than what the “had come to, I would not have returned business or Recommended anyone to this company. I’ve worked with classic collision, formerly new stage collision five times and I’ve had a great outcome every time. Give Jonathan a pet on the back for a good communication and customer service.
