This was a terrible experience and I feel like my valid concerns about repairs on my vehicle were repeatedly and completely dismissed and ignored, and then responsibility and blame was shifted onto me for issues with my car that weren't present before the accident. I've never been so dissatisfied with a shop. I feel like there are some unchecked implicit bias towards women that influences how seriously they take their concerns about repairs.
