When the car was returned to us the rear hatch wouldn't open and on the way home we discovered the A/C wasn't working either. There may be more that we haven't discovered yet.

The only thing I had an issue with is not getting the updates that I was told are supposed to happen. I had trouble planning for not having my car ready by the promise date if I had no notice about problems that arise causing delays. Other than that, I was satisfied with your work and the fact you are a Certified Mercedes Shop. Thank you.

I am very happy that Mercedes’ recommended Classic Collision to me , they did a beautiful job on my new Mercedes their work was flawless.
