I would tell them honestly, the work is good, but that all industries are struggling with supply chain issues and quality of service / work is representative of recent staff changes. CC is not immune to these problems.

Classic Collision did an awesome job. After getting pelt by a red cinder truck on the highway, I was very sad since I just bought my Jeep brand new 2 years ago. However Classic Collision restored my happiness with making my Jeep look brand new again. Thank you to the great team at this facility!!
