Classic Collision has far exceeded my expectations with stellar customer service & support. From my first phone call to Samantha who scheduled my appointment from A-Z, then followed up with text messaging every day letting me know how far along my vehicle was in the repair process right up to completion. She knocks it out of the universe w customer care. Melissa did the estimate work over on the Explorer making detailed note for the repair team. It was very impressive. They r both the ultimate professionals in their fields. Samantha also handled the rental car messaging to Enterprise which they have a very organized working relationship. Such a great unified TEAM. Picked up the vehicle 6 days sooner than projected and it looks brand new. Met the Mgr and he was awesome as well very grateful for the strong positive feedback. Keep up the fantastic amazing job.
