Repair was good. Told 3 days for repair. Took 2 weeks. Asked them not to wash vehicle. They hosed down and wiped, not washing,creating spider webbing on entire black truck. Being a paint company, you would know not to wipe down a vehicle with dust or dirt on it.Since it was there for extended time, I received a "low power" notice from Onstar. Charger was used on truck. Now the Driver Assist System doesn't work. Have to take it to dealer.

Ruined my paint. Asked salesman not to wash truck after painting body panel. They said it was not not washed, but hosed off then dried. Which is horrible. They basically wiped down truck with dirt and dust on truck, leaving scratches and swirling all over vehicle. Paint is Ruined! A paint shop should know better!!

Brought my truck in heartbroken for a smashed bumper on my 2024 GMC Sierra Ultimate and the folks at classic collision did not disappoint . Super friendly, prompt with communication on the repairs and when I dropped it off it was a hot mess inside and out. When I went to pick it up the whole truck was detailed inside and out. They went above and beyond my expectations and will definitely recommend. Thank you Chris and your staff for making my truck look like she just rolled of the showroom floor again.

Due date for getting the car got pushed back 4 times. Head lights shine to low and have gotten no responce to my email. However they did fix a faulty door handle for free so tha was nice. Ceaser is very nice and informative. He did say he would call me back and did not fulfill that update multiple days but he is a very busy man.
