I’m sure it was a mistake but having to return another day when correct parts weren’t order the first time was inconvenient. I don’t live close but did have repairs when it was Oliver’s so I didn’t know it had changed hands until I got there & just needed to start getting my repairs done.

Very satisfied of the repair everything looks good. I still need the bumper replaced but due to manufacture back order there is a wait time for it. Other than that the car came back cleaner than I had it before. The overall process was simple and easy.

After the estimate was approved by insurance, no one called to schedule the work. I called over a week later and it seems my file had to be reassigned due to personnel unavailability. In the shuffle it was not not followed up.
