Samantha and the entire staff I encountered were most pleasant and professional. I couldn’t ask for better. Samantha kept me informed every step of the way! The quick turnaround time in which my car was completed is unbelievable. I apologize that I can’t recall the gentleman’s name that accessed the car with me but he was just as pleasant and professional. My encounter with Classic Collision was definitely stress free!

I’ve already told my friends and family about this location. I hope no one will be in a situation to have to get their car fixed but as we know, accidents happen daily and I want them equipped with a reputable company, should they ever need one.

Richard shared information regarding the process of getting my car fixed and both made sure I was satisfied when picking my vehicle up. They are truly amazing! A realistic eta should be given and then updated periodically. The customer should be notified early in the day, especially around the holidays. People arent sitting around everyday waiting to p8ck up their car between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.

My vehicle was pushed back for completion according to staff so a few small jobs could go out. This resulted in a 3 day delay of delivery. My vehicle was not finished correctly or completely. My front bumper isn’t level by over 1/2” from side to side, an emblem is missing, and the exterior of the vehicle wasn’t detailed to represent a clean car.
