Samantha was the first person I encountered and she was very personable and professional. She is great at serving as the customer's first impression/first point of contact. Melissa was my repair advisor and she is outstanding! She understood my concern about a simple bumper repair vs a full replacement, and she very confidently told me they would take care of it properly. She spoke as someone with complete confidence in the shop's abilities, and not as someone who was bragging or trying to impress.

My fiance and I were really struggling and stressing when it came to multiple insurance companies fighting over which one was going to cover the costs of repairs and continued to drag it out but when it came to classic collision the were a breath of fresh air!! From beginning to end everyone involved was absolutely amazing especially Samantha!! So personable, kind, professional and organized! They kept me updated the entire time and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole process and that I was completely happy with the repairs. They truly have an amazing team who put their customers first and are clearly perfectionist when it comes to their work! I highly highly recommend them and will be referring family and friends to them in the future! Thank you all so so much!!

This is the second time I had my car in for repair at Classic Collision and every time their team has been communicative the entire process.
