The service people were wonderful, and the duration of service and the communication from Geico was great, but the work done on my car was very subpar and clumsy, and the finish on the repair was extremely poor - all fingers and thumbs - quite unskillful and unprofessional.

Hi, there are still scratches on the door next to the mirror that happened when the mirror was torn off in the accident. The driver inside door handle housing is loose and falls out. Wasn't like that before. One of My right blinkers is now malfunctioning. Mirror looks good and car drives well.

I’m not sure what was moved but first my radio would not turn on but I turned around after picking up the car and a technician came to look at my car. He replaced a fuse and the radio began but I did not realize until after I left the radio display is not visible. Additionally, the air conditioning is alternating blowing cold and warm air. These are two things that did not have a problem until I had my mirror fixed at this company. I am going to take the car to the dealership to have it checked.

The lady attending the front desk was very polite, friendly, professional and answered all my questions. The only issue I had with the customer service was the lack of follow through. I was told I would be receiving automatic texts with the expected date of the repairs being done and other updates but I should ignore them since they might not be accurate and I would receive a call with the correct information, I never received said call. The last text message I received on Friday telling me my car was ready stated someone would reach out to schedule pick up, no one did. I reached out on Wednesday and confirmed my car was ready and could be picked up any time.
