The repair job was impeccable. The car looked batter after the damage than before it. Especially appreciated the service manager coming out to make sure the job was well gone and polishing up some scuffs and scratches elsewhere on the vehicle just to be extra nice.

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. However Something about the notification system used to keep me updated on progress didn’t seem to be working. So I didn’t know about the status of my vehicle until I proactively inquired at the nudging of my insurance rep.

I highly recommend Classic Collision Shop 2 at 11600 Menchaca Road. Laura in the office was kind, proficient and professional. Her communication throughout the process was clear and concise answering all of my questions. My Service Advisor Raunel was excellent. He did a quick expert assessment of the damage to my truck, sent me an accurate estimate the same day, had the parts in the next day, received my truck the following day and had the repair done in two days. The whole process took less than 5 business days. Amazing. And my truck looks fantastic! I give Raunel and his team an A+.

Excellent service,,they fixed my car and made it look new again, not just that they even cleaned my car when they returned it. I am so happy to have had them work on my car and planning on taking it to then for other services I would like done to my car. I highly recommend them. They even keep you posted on the whole process. The staff is very friendly and very caring to make sure you are completely satisfied. Thank you Jason for also making my experience a wonderful one. Excellent staff and excellent services, my car looks like new. They even cleaned it when. I got it back. I was recommended by Geico military and don't regret it at all. I am even thinking about bringing my car back for other services I would like to have done to my car. They also kept me on the loop on thru the whole process. I highly recommend!
