After picking up my vehicle, lights were not hooked up and both coolant and washer fluid reservoirs were dry and not filled. Plate, which attaches to top of engine, was not connected and a piece of the old damage part of the vehicle was left in the backseat. Very amateur job.

The staff provided excellent service. They were warm and friendly and professional. My car was fixed more quickly than anticipated and they made rental arrangements for me so that Enterprise picked me up in good time. I tested my broken side mirror when I got it back and every option worked perfectly! Overall I was most pleased with the work and service I received!
