Everyone at AMM was very polite and helpful but I felt like I kept having to call multiple times to ask about the status as repairs kept getting delayed. I was hoping they would have reached out to me instead to let me know about delays/status.

Due to the fact this should have been done 3 weeks ago. Our First contact was back in mid Feb. Told to take our car home you would contact us. No word!! We called you said you would order the part and call us. Waiting almost two weeks. You said you were waiting for us to give you the go ahead. If this was an insurance issue we were never told. After several days again, no word, we called and were then told we had to bring the car in and then you would order the part. Communication from the outset was rude and misinformed. We got 3 different answers 3 different times. Very unprofessional. We were ready to take our business elsewhere but we have always had good service with you in the past. Once we got our car in this Monday our car was handled and repaired as it should have been in the first place. We are very reluctant to use you again.

My car was keyed. AMM repaired it and it looks beautiful....and they finished it in less than a week! And they detailed the interior as well!. I will definitely recommend their work to others
