I have in one accident before this one 6 years ago and when I dropped my car off at the collision repair shop they never called me with updates and took their time getting my car back to me. I felt this place was efficient with time and responses and never left me hanging in wondering when my car would be done. I was able to stop in to get a few things from my car which was very considerate. I really appreciate Keith and Karla giving me updates on my car and being open to any questions. Hopefully I won’t ever need to go back again but if I do or know anyone that needs to get their car repaired I will definitely recommend this place.

I received updates the whole way through my repair which I was greatful for. I had been told that it should be the 1th it was finished. I called at 12:35pm on the 18th to see approximately a time frame since I hadn't heard anything since the previous week. All Angel told me it would be don "today" but had no range of time frame. At 3:39pm I got a call it was ready . When I responded I was at work now and would have to come the next day. I was then told we'll make sure you come 1st tho g do the rental car place doesn't charge you. I had 24 hours to return , which isn't 1st thing it would be by 3:39pm. When I picked up my vehicle. I was just handed the key and warranty info. No walk around my vehicle or anything. At 4:30pm that evening I came out of work and realized my tow hit cover now had a defined dent around my hit and spider vein cracking. I called immediately. I wax told to bring it in. Aaron met me outside and said he had noticed that there was a dent in it when he worked on it but never called me on it. I said that the tow hitch did not look like that prior to the accident and there was certainly tgg he at the spider vein crack g on it. He said he was going to contact insurance to get it covered. Well it's not Friday and I have had radio silence from you guys. I would never recommend having C any car repairs done here due to poor communication.
