I have never had an experience like the one I just received, the updates were always coming, I never once was upset about the experience, even when my car rental company was calling because GEICO was not keeping them on the loop Shey, from your company would take care of it, even after I got my truck back he called the rental company. I tell you what, what great service I received!! Although my truck was only a few months old it was cleaner coming back from CC than the day I bought it, thank you again for your customer service it was second to none! John ODonnell

I did not add comments in the earlier sections as I was in a hurry... But I have to say The GM John I spoke to him to make sure he gave Linda and Shay (in the body shop) a pat on the back... They both did more then anyone could ask for.. I never once had to call Shay and ask what was going on with my car.. He kept me infomed least daily.... I am going to try and stop by on my why back to Toledo, Ohio just to thank them in person... They made my life much easier
