The truck sat up there in the same spot for almost a month despite getting multiple automated updates saying the “body phase was done and was ready for paint”. I took it there because I saw yall were a certified mopar repair facility and would use OEM parts but I ended up with aftermarket parts. Once I was finally able to get the truck back; I noticed it had multiple defects in the brand new paint. Some of the plastic pieces on the rear bumper are missing and some around the tailgate were not fully clipped in. The electrical harness under the bed is just hanging and wasn’t reinstalled correctly. It’s missing the decal on the side of the bed and the OEM tailgate badges.

Door molding and badge peeling off, rear fender looks like a piece of aluminum foil you tried to flatten out. Can still see the damage from across the parking lot. Trash in the paint leaving divots. Runs/pooling in the paint. The list goes on and on. Would NEVER recommend anyone go to this shop!
