I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. After my deer accident, the team made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. Kept me informed every step of the way with text updates, which I really appreciated. The repairs were completed exactly when promised, even a little earlier than expected. When I picked up my car, it looked perfect and it was also cleaned, which was a wonderful surprise. The professionalism, communication, and quality of work were excellent. Gerry was very professional during the whole process of the appraisal through vehicle ouck yp. He went over the vehicle with me and made sure the vehicle was very clean after the job was completed. Gerry always was available to take my calls during the process. Gerry is also a most valuable asset to your organization. He is very knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and is a pleasure to work with. If necessary I will definitely return to Calassic Collision for vehicle repairs.
