I really appreciate the continued communication the staff had with me. Even though there were delays that couldn’t have been helped and no fault of Classic Collision those delays were shared. That communication was key to my satisfaction. I never had to reach out and ask what was going on because it was being shared and I really appreciate it

Having to drive 15 miles to get decals made to replace the removed decals and not having my passenger side trim moldings not put on is concerning. Think getting my headlights polished would make my 7 turn to 10.
