The repairs are not up to my satisfaction, the painted bumpers don’t match exactly and there is a flaw in the rear bumper and there is a gap in the chrome on the back bumper and seams in the bumper.

I have to take my car back for a third time because I keep finding other things wrong. I keep finding things wrong with my car that weren’t there the previous time I dropped off my car. I have only had the car for 6 months and it has been in the shop almost half of the 6 months. If your shop is going to tell me my car is ready, I would really like for it to be flawless when I pick it up.

This last time I had my car there, I didn’t receive any kind of notification about my car. I waited for 3 weeks and I called to see what the status was, I was told it was in QC waiting for detail and it would be done that week. I waited the week and I called back again for a status and it still wasn’t ready. There is no communication between the staff and customers to my knowledge.
