The people at Crash Champions were very welcoming and friendly when I first visited . While my car was at their shop they let me know the progress every day or so! I was out of town so was really pleased to hear their report! Called ahead when I was coming to pick up my car and they quickly brought it around with the cool air blowing! From the time of first contact, I was treated as a VIP. Upfront details on repair procedures, assistance with information on rental, very professional, friendly staff, who were very communicative and responsive to my needs. Location was in a great location you could easily find, shop was clean and comfortable. I had daily communication on vehicle status and staff was very patient with me. Would definitely recommend and choose again. Love the lifetime warranty for my covered repairs.
