Sam Passey helped me the minute I got there. Spoke to me about the process and got my rental car delivered. I one of t he best experiences even after being in accident. Helped a lot through the process. Also, the constant communication from the team was excellent in knowing the progress of my car. I brought my car back in because I had such a positive experience last year. However, I was a bit disappointed when I came to pick up my car. The guy in the front handed me my key and paper work. I thought he would go over the repair with me and confirm I was happy with it. Also, my car was ready earlier than expected (which was great). However, I was in a rental and I was out to the day it was ready. When I got the call, I I had to cut my plans short to be sure I could pick up my car. Otherwise I would have been responsible for an extra rental charge. All of the updates I was getting said it would be ready on 6/22.
