I decided to take my car (BMW) in for a quote to repair the right rear fender and bumper. This was my first experience with Classic Collision, so I was a little apprehensive. Right from the get go customer service was fantastic, Cheryl is professional and friendly despite juggling the busy front office and phones. Angel, the manager new to the Norco location, but not new to Classic Collision, was phenomenal! He's been in the business for years and really knows his stuff. Due to COVID there's a shortage of BMW parts, but Angel came up with solution that in the end saved me money. The repair work was done flawlessly and the car looks beautiful. I couldn't be more happy. Also, this is the first time that the actual cost came in a little below the estimate! It's usually the other way around! I highly recommend Norco Classic Collision, if it were possible, I'd rate them above 10!
