So my SUV looks good but when I asked what work was being done they, I believe his name was Joe said they were going to put on a new fender light on front left and new wheel and tire. What ended up happening was a (hopefully) new Ford approved fender. They only took off and refurbished the light, wheel and tire. They also kept backing up the date my vehicle would be finished 3 times. Making me change my days 3 times. Last was when I paid I paid with a credit card and charged a surcharge without being told. There was no sign saying a extra charge no did Elizabeth mention it until saw it on my receipt.

Every single person went above and beyond their job to make this experience so pleasant. They were in constant contact (all 3 days) updating me to the progress and so accommodating with the drop off and pick up including a rental car. They went over every step and made sure it was satisfactory to commoner the work order. I would recommend them to any one I know with 100% confidence
