Alex was very helpful and professional before and after repairs. The only negative interaction had was with Amber when I called in to discuss payment I was going to make via check. Her questions and comments re your system a great teal of the time having problems accepting checks and that I had to make sure I had the funds were inappropriate I had no issues with Alex he processed my check. Her lack of customer service was unacceptable. Otherwise I was very satisfied with your work.

I would like to take the survey when Job is Complete - currently the dent is repaired and painted and looks good, however the tailgate latch needs work yet - it was working fine when brought in for repair

As a result, made me feel welcome and safe to express myself. Afterwards, he took his time to explain the process of repairing my vehicle.
