I was very surprised that they kept me updated as to what exactly was being done with the car throughout the whole process. I have never had that happen before when a car was in for repairs elsewhere. I was very pleased with them making sure that I knew what was happening. Everyone there was really helpful and I would give the a 10/10!

The only thing stopping it from being a 10 was that no one called me to let me know my car was going to be delayed. I was given a time, and had yet to receive a call half an hour before it was due. I'm don't care the repairs were delayed, it would have just been nice to receive a call/update about the delay
