From bringing my vehicle for an estimate to choosing Classic collision to fix my vehicle was a great experience Mike made it very easy for me to be assured my suv would be in good hands. I had a very positive experience with Classic Collision near Ocala Airport. The quality of the repair work was excellent, my car looks great and drives perfectly. The staff were courteous and accommodating throughout the process. However, I did experience some confusion with their system regarding the pickup date. Although the system indicated that my vehicle was ready, I had to wait longer and make several follow-up calls to confirm the correct pickup time. Improving communication around vehicle readiness and scheduling would enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, I am satisfied with the results and appreciate the team’s work on my vehicle.

A better coordination with the insurance company and the vehicle owner to better remedy of vehicle situation. Relocate vehicle to a location where the vehicle is better evaluated and repaired.

Job was great . But I wish they would have done driver side small dent that was part of the whole job. Then I had to argue with insurance company about the other. I was told to file another claim . Well that would have been another out of pocket was not worth it. It should have been done all at once. Other than that the job they did was very nice . Just a bit disappointed. Thank you all .
