I am not happy with the repairs

When we picked up the car there were various issues, and not small ones. The hood did not line up with the fenders, one side was tighter than the other, the replacement headlight patrudes from the body some, the new bumper is already scratched, the front blinker was out and for whatever reason the back driver side tail light was unplugged and no work was done there. There is obvious differences between the left and right fenders as far as paint color and I get the repair is around the damaged area but the entire hood was replaced... For the ammount of money that was charged to my insurance company I feel the repair work was really cheaply done. I hate leaving this review because the team there was so incredibly nice, but the car was almost in better shape with the damage from the accident.

They took very good care of me from the time I entered the establishment. They even called Enterprise to see if they were on the way to pick me up. They always have taken good care of me. Love Classic Collision. You have a customer for life!

If I could put 100 I would! You guys have been amazing and if I had to name one good thing that came out of my hit and run was getting to experience y’all’s amazing customer service. Yall worked so well with my schedule. Helping get my car to and from work. Making sure I got my car back before getting off to go get kids from daycare! I also LOVE that yall have a play area at the location for children!
