The repairs were timely and professional. However, I thought that replacemnt of all parts was excessive. Bondo and paint, professionally done, would have been fine and would have cost travelers a third as much. High repair costs eventually end up being covered by higher premiums borne by your customers. Note that your adjuster, Mr Carpening, and the repair facility, were all very professional and helpful in getting a timely repair.
