Hello Consumers! This would be my first experience and first review for classic collision and I have to say there is no way I can say I was dissatisfied with anything received I left with a shiny car and everything that was mentioned was repaired that was promise that I can tell the prices aren’t ideal (Car repairs sheesh) but I would refer classic to anyone I know. I would not recommend incomplete and rushed work to anyone yet alone a friend or family member.

I had several issues. 1). I had to take my truck back for the fender liner to be replaced. The original "fix" had a "universal" piece put in which did not work for my truck and the proper factory style part had to be put in. 2). The headlamp housing part that was replaced was put in with a chip in it. 3). The right door panel trim has a broken clip and will pop out of place when the door is pulled/pushed closed. 4). The right mirror placement is still bent from the accident and not fixed. The only reason this is not 1 is because when I had to take the truck in to get the proper fender liner, there were no questions asked just a fix. But I was still out of my truck for an extra 2.5 days. The work was rushed and had very little quality to it.

The ladies that I talked to over the phone were very helpful and were quick to help me get my truck back into the shop. My only complaint is that I had to call the shop to find out if my truck was finished. I never received a notice that the truck was finished.
