I am so upset because even before my car was dropped off there I asked the older lady that answered the phone. Did you guys work inside the hood as well? Because I felt when my car was hit something happened in there as well. She told me YES! Now here I am can’t even drive my car because the thermostat is not working and the fan is constantly blowing with the car off. This has never happened. Nothing was wrong with my car before it was hit. Now what do I do? I had an option to take my car to Pete Moore, but I came to classic collision because they said you guys were the best. I need someone to give me a call Monday morning. I’ve been calling all day today when it says that you guys are open and no one never answered. Can someone please give me a call at 850-485-2392. My name is Evelyn Smith and I have the 2021 Red GMC Acadia. I even told the lady I was very particular about my car and made sure that I asked the proper questions before my car was even towed to you guys shop.

The customer service was great.. but my car is still not drivable. I understand you guys deal with bodywork and you did a great job on that but that’s not all was wrong with my car and I asked what all you guys did and she told me everything. That turned out not to be true. I told her when my car was hit I smelt something burning. I wanted to make sure that you guys would be able to repair my car. I’m so frustrated
