Told repairs will be done in 5 days got the car back after 15 days. No additional damage was found!

I was told it would take 5 days at the most possibly 4 days. It took 15 days and they did not find any additional damage that would extend it. When I asked why he blamed it all on parts dealers at Allstate uses cuz they're cheap. Bad experience we were prepared for four or five day not 15.
