This was the best car repair experience I have ever had. Classic Collision staff in Richfield were professional, efficient, and fast in completing the repairs on my car. The convenience of getting and dropping off the Enterprise rental car was convenient, easy and efficient.

I'm only giving a 9 because they threw out dog supplies I had purchased for my daughter. I didn't complain because I know it was my issue. I thought they'd be okay since they were on the opposite side of the vehicle from where the repair work was done. Won't make that mistake again. $56 error. Otherwise - I LOVE this shop. Unfortunately I've had my car there 4 times in 1-1/2 years. They do fantastic work.

I really appreciated the front desk operations admin. She made everything about the situation seem more smooth. I felt like my business mattered, my vehicle mattered and what happened to it mattered. Repair job took a bit, but that's old parts for you.
