the quality of the repair seems good, but other things did not go as well.

the woman at back corner desk was awesome across the board. i was disappointed when i learned day of 6/4 that my car would no longer be ready, and would instead take another week. when they already had my car for 2 weeks. i could have made arrangements had i known a little earlier. i need my vehicle for work and for caregiving. i left my carabiner in the car during the repair and it was missing when i picked it up. i was told to send a link to a similar one, but haven’t gotten confirmation that anyone has seen that email. ultimately everything is fine, but considering how much money i spent at your business, i at least expected my stuff wouldn’t get racked.
