My explorer was not fixed properly from the start. Oh, it runs fine, but I told the Richmond location that the air-conditioning was not working properly and was spewing out warm air, and that I had warning signals popping up on my screens. I’ve brought it back to get it fixed. I was called and told it was fixed. I drove it from the Richmond location to my house and once again the air conditioning was not cold, but rather warm. And the lights on the dash appeared again, indicating tire pressure was not proper. In fact, one of the gauges showed zero as if it was not functioning on the rear passenger tire. I called again today to report this and was told that I would be contacted. I have yet to hear from your office. I should take for a job that was over $10,000 in repairs would be done properly. I’ve also had to pay UBER for all these trips back-and-forth to the Richmond location. I think my next action will have to be to contact State FArm and inquire what I should do. I don’t think the insurance combination should pay classic collision for repair work that I was done in properly.
