it took 3 weeks and several attempts to repair the car, after my request. In the end, I collected the car but I have a dispute as the cover of the tow hook in the front bumper is missing!

the car should have been inspected and delivered to me without the need for me to make inquiries about missing repairs and missing parts. Ms Carvel was helpful, but I was expecting all the staff to be attentive and thorough in their replies to my inquiries. I had to insist that the car was not repaired properly when I received an answer from the 2nd lady in the front desk that the repairs were all done.

Everything was done professionally and the whole classic collision team was very respectful and helped me out with everything. They kept me updated on my car and we’re pretty fast to get it back to me. I definitely recommend this place thank you guys keep up the good work, especially Monica.
