The only proactive communication I received was from text messages. My phone calls/not returned and the ready date was changed three times. Would be a one star review if not for Monica Sanchez who was helpful each time I came to shop looking for information.

My brake lights were disconnected after receiving my car back and I had to reconnect them myself. My passenger doors, which were the primary fix, also make a strange noise now when closing and require more force to close than before because the lining was installed unevenly. I am deeply disappointed in this severe lack of care and attention in service, and I now worry that there may be other hidden issues caused by the obvious negligence of Classic Collision when fixing cars.
