My Tesla y was towed to the shop. When came in the shop a gentleman named Shawn greeted me warmly and explained to me how they will go about repairing my Tesla. We then we went outside where my Tesla was parked and while visually assessing and measuring with a ruler the damages, he said that all will be correspond with Allstate insurance. Throughout the repair, I received automatic messages updating me in a timely manner. In addition, when I had questions I called and the receptions are very friendly and assistive on the phone and transferred my calls to Shawn whom answered all my questions. The personnel at classic collision are very helpful, knowledgeable and transparent. They installed in me a peace of mind!

My jaguar was completed ahead of time and delivered in immaculate shape. The inside and out side of my car was detailed to showroom new. Havent been driving much but noticed some things over the last week. Where the driver side quarter panel (that got hit) connects to the pillar running along the top of the car, there is some damage from the 2 colliding, missing some paint. Driver's side suspension or something inside creaks when going over certain speed bumps, nothing crazy but as a daily driver I notice it almost daily. Same issue with the rear right when I got hit last time but definitely louder this time in the front. Other than that the new bumper and headlight looks great. If possible maybe we can schedule the car to get relooked at, insurance asked me to give you a call so I will do so sometime on the week when I can bring the car in.
