Every individual I encountered, during my experience with Pride Auto Body, was great... Irvin Lemus was/is the perfect individual, to explain the process my vehicle will go through, for repair.... He updated me as needed, answered 'ALL' my questions, in a manner I understood.... He is the consummate employee for his position with Pride Auto Body.... When my auto was repaired/ready to be returned to me, I had a feeling of relief, and It felt like the day I had purchased it....

Work was fine, was missing cash from glove compartment and also from center box, I had a bag full of coins that was missing. I mentioned it to Gerard but there seemed to be to no consequence.

I am not sure if everything is exactly right or not. I have not yet had a chance to drive to the dealership so that I can compare the appearance of the repair with that of a new car on the dealer's lot.
