When I returned the rental car to the repair shop, no one came out to see if it was all right. I had to ask someone to look at it. I was worried that some mishap might have occurred when it was being driven from the repair shop back to Enterprise and that I would be blamed for it. I needed written proof that the rental car was in good shape when I returned it, but I could not get it
