The work performed on the vehicle looks beautiful. What I’m disappointed in was the lack of honest feedback regarding the time and, later, the overall cost. Firstly, your automated system would provide estimated dates of completion which were off by a full week, which incurred additional costs to rent a vehicle. Secondly, the initial estimate was off by $4,000.00 AND you ‘managers’ only called to tell me the door, which needing to be replaced, was only $1,500.00. So what was missed in the initial cost estimate? Even the remaining $2,500 was above this first ‘WAG’. I appreciate your cutting $1,000.00 from the final bill. This was very gracious but recall I’m still incurring the additional week of a car rental. My suggestion is to provide a more honest cost estimate. Yes, you may lose work for bidding a more truthful estimate but at least your customers won’t be stunned when they hired you but ended up being charged nearly three times your initial bid. Next is your automated feedback to your customers. Perhaps the technicians, as they perform work, can check off the steps involved and, when they save this change in status, the system can trigger an automated email explaining what has been done along with comments provided by the technician. Perhaps an updated time of completion can be sent, allowing the customer to be given an updated estimated completion date, either sooner or later. Based off the wildly incorrect estimate (1/3 actual cost). I doubt I would return to Classic Collision for a vehicle repair again.

Classic Collision did a wonderful job repairing my car. I had a large dent in my fender and they repaired it so well you would Never no that anything had happened.

When I took my suv in for repair work the was a large dent and scratch in one fender. When all the repair work was done and I saw my repaired car you could not tell that the fender had been damaged. The repair work was fabulous!

While the dents and scratches on my car were fixed, I now have a filthy trunk, fingerprints in the interior, a black stain on my passenger seat, a scratch on the customer window tint on the windshield, and the buttons on the door panel meant to adjust the seats don’t work. Aside from Julia, I was also not impressed by the customer service I received from everyone else. They acted bothered by having to take calls and/or do work. Julia was always responsive and friendly.

My 2026 Toyota was brand new when a driver backed into my car at night while I was grocery shopping & left the scene. A family of 5 waited for me to come out of the store & told me what happened & had a photo of the tag & a photo of the phone# on the truck. Police called him & demanded he return to the scene immediately which he did thanks be to God! Thanks so much Classic Collision, my brand new bumper with all of the sensors works beautifully! Rockstar status! 🙌🏻👏🏻💯
